Gator Nurse honored as 2024 40 Under 40 recipient
Dr. Nicolle Davis (PhD ‘19) was honored for the 2024 UF Alumni Association 40 Gators Under 40 award.
On March 29, Nicolle Davis, PhD, RN, SCRN, ASC-BC, FAHA, (PhD 2019), was honored at the UF Alumni Association 40 Gators Under 40 awards ceremony. Davis, the director of the mobile stroke program at UF Health Shands, is a proud Gator graduate, wife, and mother of two girls.
The UF Health mobile stroke program is only one of 16 in the entire country and the first in Florida.
Davis has led the mobile stroke program to incredible success with over 600 dispatches this year alone and is fielding the expansion of the program into The Villages and Jacksonville.
As part of the 40 Gators Under 40 experience, Davis participated in a full day of Gator engagement and service presented by the UF Alumni Association, as well as engaging with BSN students to share her education, research, and career journey to inspire future Gator Nurses.
