$132,700 Raised for UF Health Archer Family Health Care
Thank you to all who invested in the future of health care for the Archer community.
With the original goal being met more than six times over for the UF Health Archer Family Health Care 20th Anniversary Giving Challenge, it is safe to say that Gator Nurses know how to rise to a challenge.
Between Dec. 1-15, all Gator Nursing alumni and friends were asked to make a gift to support the college’s nurse-led practice, Archer Family Health Care.
To celebrate the practice’s 20th anniversary in the community, an original goal of $20,000 was set, but it was exceeded for a final total of $132,700 raised.
The gifts to the Health Care for All Fund support the most emergent needs of the practice and help provide care for underserved and uninsured residents in the rural area of North Florida.
Thank you to all who invested in the future of health care for the Archer community and for celebrating this milestone. We are so proud to recognize the success of this nurse-led practice and the impact it has had over the last 20 years, which would not have been possible without your support.
