Professors Emeriti Jodi Irving and Dr. Jo Snider visited New York City in May and decided to host a group of our Gator Nurse alumni for a special dinner. The nine NYC nurses who attended graduated between 2000 and 2017. All are thriving in their nursing careers, which include two New York University faculty members and a PhD student, two kidney transplant nurses, a family nurse practitioner, an oncology nurse, a senior director of quality and patient safety and a staff nurse. The group reminisced about their time at the University of Florida and enjoyed connecting with fellow Gator Nurses in the Big Apple.
