Sponsor a University of Florida College of Nursing student for $35 to provide a white coat for one of the 250 juniors and first-year accelerated students. The White Coat Ceremony is a fairly new tradition at the college and takes place at the beginning of the B.S.N. students’ nursing studies. The students are cloaked with official College of Nursing white coats to symbolize their commitment to providing patient-centered care throughout their professional development.
